Music as
inquiry.
I've always been fascinated by what lies beyond the obvious.
The questions we avoid. The desires we conceal. The experiences we struggle to articulate. The mysteries of consciousness, sexuality, spirituality, and what it means to be human.
Music gives me another language through which to explore these things.
Sometimes that exploration produces something beautiful. Sometimes it becomes strange, intimate, unsettling, melancholic, or playful. I don't believe every question needs an answer, nor does every experience require an explanation.
Tzyurash is a name I created from Hebrew-inspired images of the seeker, fire, and the human being. I wanted it to suggest something distinct: a flame carved from fire. It's not a literal Hebrew translation; it's a personal symbol.
The older recordings document a beginning. The work ahead reflects years of new listening, learning and experimentation with synthesis, arrangement, rhythm, and mixing.
What matters most remains the same: curiosity about what we feel, believe, fear, desire, and rarely say aloud.
